I just wanted to send you a “Thank You” and say that we really are appreciating our internet during this self isolating time. We have 2 that are working from home and 2 that are doing online classes all at the same time and there has been zero issues or lag so far. One of our kids was online in a group discussion with a prof and she was the only one that maintained a connection during the whole hour because of our awesome connection and speeds. So, thanks again for being our provider during this time when we really need it!

Best internet service in this area by far!

For the price I was paying my previous provider, I was able to get 100/25Mbps speed! So now after a two hour setup from Valley Fiber which the installer did everything plus more to wire up the new internet service from outside to inside to my computer, I have speeds more than I signed up for! Talking with Valley Fiber I learned that they upgraded the packages, and the service I signed for was now 150/150Mbps down/up load speeds! This is unbelievable to go from where I started 10 years ago to this speed now! Valley Fiber you are the best, great customer service, great actual service, and that equals a very satisfied customer! It’s so fast and everyone can connect without issues! We also were very impressed with our installer: Chris. He was very professional and did an excellent job. Our connection into the house is exactly where we need it and he did an amazing job making sure it looks nice and he even cleaned up after himself, we were very happy with him. Then when I had a slight issue with billing I called immediately and Lisa fixed everything right away. You can really tell that Valley Fiber cares about their customers and the service is top notch. Oh my goodness! Valley Fiber I love you!

Yesterday I had “high speed” internet and tried uploading a 37 minute training video to YouTube. I began the upload at 3:30pm and by 11:00pm it stopped at 63%, and that was just processing it and not even downloading it. Today, I got Valley Fiber hooked up and it took me 20 minutes or less to get that video uploaded to YouTube!  YES! That’s what i’m talking about!
