When Valley Fiber was founded in 2016, we set out to make a change. Rural Manitobans needed faster, higher quality internet access. Since our inception, Valley Fiber has resolved to maintain exceptional standards when implementing its signature dedicated fiber internet connections to residents across the province. Along the way, we have been ranked the number one Gaming ISP in Manitoba and Canada.

Jody Haines

Director of HR

Jody has been a HR leader for over five years.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity Western University and a HR Management Certificate from the University of Manitoba.  She enjoys working together with an incredibly talented and diverse leadership team, and she has been in the role of Director of HR at Valley Fiber since 2021.  She is a parent of three teenagers and enjoys spending her time with family and friends.  Jody’s hobbies include cross-country skiing, hiking, biking, reading, and drinking copious amounts of coffee.

Danika Fehr

HR Specialist

Danika is a HR professional that has working in the field for nearly 3 years. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Winnipeg and is a CPHR Candidate. She enjoys working for a fast-moving, ever-growing company and the variety that her role offers. In her personal life, Danika enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and hanging out with her beloved Golden Doodle named Leo.
