IT Technician – Winnipeg

This is an entry-level full-time permanent position that will work out of our Winnipeg office. This position reports to the Director of IT.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide office support to staff
• System administration
• Research and development
• Special projects coordination
• Departmental training and coordination
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:
• IT Certificate is a valuable asset (Comptia, A+, Microsoft certifications, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID (Previously Azure), Microsoft Active Directory
• Previous experience providing IT support
• Valid class 5 driver’s license required
• Highly technical and the ability to troubleshoot
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently
• Reliability and punctual
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Highly organized
• High level of professionalism

Working Conditions:
• Ability to work on internal systems for long periods of time
• Ability to work in office and travel to remote locations
• Ability to support remote clients as needed
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, on-call, and holidays as workload requires
