As of Monday, November 23rd Valley Fiber will be shifting to walk-in visitors by appointment only. Customer service representatives, sales representatives, and billing representatives are still available by phone or email. You can make an appointment by calling us at 1-800-958-5698.
If you need to make a bill payment, Valley Fiber has several online payment options available:
1) Online 24/7: through our customer portal at https://portal.valleyfiber.ca
2) By phone 8 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri: – 1-800-958-5698 Ext. 3
3) Online payment can be made through CIBC, Credit Union and Royal Bank of Canada. Be sure to include your customer # in the memo field of your check/online payment to ensure your payment is posted to the correct account.
4) By Mail: – 965 Hwy 14 Winkler MB. R6W 0L7
If you have travelled within the last two weeks, shown symptoms of COVID-19, or been in contact with an individual suspected of having COVID-19, please do not enter our offices.
