COVID-19

Given the recent developments related to COVID-19 and the Province of Manitoba officially declaring a State of Emergency, we at Valley Fiber have made the decision to close our office to the public effective March 23rd, 2020 until further notice.

Valley Fiber is providing an essential service and will continue working hard to ensure you receive your internet service during this time.

Our office is taking all necessary precautions to keep our staff healthy while they are working (like encouraging staff who feel ill to stay home, and those that are able to work from home are invited to do so). Installations will continue as scheduled, however we will be screening installation calls to verify the customer has not traveled or been ill.

1) Online 24/7: through our customer portal at https://portal.valleyfiber.ca
2) By phone 8 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri: – 1-800-958-5698 Ext. 3
3) Online payment can be made through CIBC, Credit Union and Royal Bank of Canada. Be sure to include your customer # in the memo field of your check/online payment to ensure your payment is posted to the correct account.
