Admin Assistant (3-month Term)

The Admin Assistant reports to the Production Admin Supervisor.

What You’ll Do:
– Completing an internal audit on all current and future work orders
– Creating any future work orders
– Assisting the production admin team as needed
– Updating the construction database and processes
– Process addresses in the contractor and fiber portal
– Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:
• Data entry and/or administrative experience is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain discretion with highly confidential and sensitive information
• High level of organization
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently and collaborate as a team player
• Ability to meet short deadlines and work well under pressure
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment

Working conditions:
• Ability to work on internal systems for long periods of time
• Ability to work overtime as required
