Billing & Accounts Representative – Steinbach

We’re hiring full-time Billing & Account Representatives to provide customers professional and personable interactions with Valley Fiber. This is an entry-level role for people who like working in an office environment and having regular social interactions with customers. The Billing & Accounts Representatives report to the Billing & Accounts Manager .

What You Bring:
– Previous experience in customer service is an asset
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Bi-lingual in French and English is an asset
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
– Ability to perform well under pressure
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– High degree of professionalism
– Ability to maintain discretion with highly confidential and sensitive information
– Ability to working independently and collaborate well as a team player
– Meticulous attention to detail
– Effective problem-solving capabilities
– High level of flexibility with changing priorities
– Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with little to no supervision

What You’ll Do:
– Interact with Valley Fiber customers through phone and email
– Assist customers with various billing needs and inquiries
– Processing customer payments
– Enforcing payment deadlines
– Customer account suspensions
– Update customer billing information
– Processing tickets
– Package upgrades
– Account hibernations

Working Conditions:
– Ability to work on internal systems for long periods of time
– Ability to work in an office environment
– Ability to work from home as required
