We are seeking out a full-time Outbound Sales Lead to join our team. This position reports to the Director of Sales.

What You’ll Do:
• Be a liaison between the Director of Sales and Outbound Sales
Representatives
• Act as the first point of contact for outbound sales inquiries
• Actively sell Valley Fiber products in various communities
• Oversee the daily operations of the outbound sales teams
What You Bring:
• 3-5 years’ experience in sales is required
• Previous experience in telecommunication sales is an asset
• Valid class 5 driver’s license is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience with CRM’s or tracking software is an asset
• Demonstrated leadership and team building capabilities
• Excellent negotiation and leadership capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
• High level of professionalism
• Driven and passionate personality that seeks growth opportunities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to understand outbound sales
• High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to manage various projects and work with short deadlines
• Ability to manage various conflicting priorities and deadlines
• High level of adaptability with changing processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions:
• Ability to work on internal systems for long periods of time
• Ability to conduct weekly site visits and drive-in all-weather conditions
• Willingness to adapt schedule and hours to accommodate high season and
customer demand
• Willingness to be on call for evenings and weekends as required
