VISP Customer Service Representative

Reports To
This is a full-time position, who will report to the Sales Manager.

Job Overview
Responsibilities and Duties
• Assisting the sales team with providing documentation, processing agreements, following up with customers, and other administrative tasks
• Assisting customers over the phone and in office

• Reliable, dependable and adaptable for changing priorities
• Good work ethic and positive attitude
• Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to multi-task
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
