Yes! Regardless of your current phone provider, you can transfer (port) your number to Valley Fiber seamlessly.

Important: Please do not cancel or deactivate your existing phone service until your number has been successfully ported to Valley Fiber.

To initiate the porting process, our Local Number Portability (LNP) team will require the following details:

  • Your account number with your current provider
  • The full name associated with the account
  • In some cases, your billing or service address

Once we have this information, we will submit a porting request on your behalf. Upon successful completion of the transfer, your previous provider will automatically deactivate your number from their service.
