You can temporarily hibernate your Valley Fiber internet, TV, and home phone services for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months per year.
We’ll apply a one-time charge of $49.99 (plus tax) per hibernation to your bill before services go into hibernation. Equipment rental fees will not apply during the hibernation period.
