Watch TV Everywhere (WTVE) with Valley Fiber TV!

We’re happy to announce that Valley Fiber is offering TV Everywhere to our Value and Premium TV customers, so that they can make use of favorite Go Apps. We will be doing this through WTVE, a service that lets you use your TV Provider credentials to login on  broadcast channel apps to watch their content on your device from anywhere!

Here’s how to get started:

To register, visit www.wtve.ca and navigate to the Select Your TV Provider drop-down menu. Select Valley Fiber from the list; the menu should change slightly, with Valley Fiber’s logo appearing in the top right and some options appearing on the top left. Select registerYou should now be presented with a registration form. Fill out this form; you will need to know your Valley Fiber customer account ID and the last name listed on your account. Once you have completed the form, click Register.

After you have registered, you can click login in the top left. You will be required to enter the email and password credentials you used to register. Click Login. After logging in, you will be presented with a list of your available apps. If you click on these, you will be taken to the website from which you can download the app onto your device. 

After downloading and opening your chosen app(s), you will be taken to to a Sign in menu. To sign in, you must first select your TV provider (Valley Fiber), then enter the credentials you created when registering on WTVE.

You should now be able to watch content from anywhere as a Valley Fiber TV customer! Available apps include the following, with more to come:*
